Have More Energy
1. Break a sweat.
Just 25 minutes of cardio exercise five times a week can help you get in shape, decrease stress, and sleep better. This all adds up to having more energy throughout the day. Ancestry will even reimburse you up to $30 per month for your fitness center membership. If you’re in Utah, take advantage of our Ski Utah Gold Passes or the onsite fitness center at the Lehi office.
2. Track your health.
Staying healthy involves preventive care—which means staying on top of your physical well-being. Our Wellness Program can help. Biometric screenings, online health risk assessments, and health coaching are convenient ways to get important information about your health, so you can try to reduce your risk for certain diseases and conditions. And be sure to get your annual physical—it’s 100% covered by all medical plans!
3. Take a break.
Constant stress and worry can take its toll on your body, and can leave you feeling drained and unmotivated. That’s why it’s so important to occasionally take time away from work to take care of yourself. Use our Flexible Vacation policy or PTO policy to take that tropical vacation you’ve been dreaming about, or just spend some quality time at home with the family.
4. Sleep it off.
When you only have so many hours in the day, sleep is often the first thing to get sacrificed. But sleep is essential if you want to be alert and energized throughout the day. Make sure you’re getting at least eight hours every night to fully recharge your batteries.
