• First week of disability fully paid by Ancestry
• Ancestry supplements for weeks covered by STD (up to 11 max)
• Ancestry fully pays any remaining weeks after STD ends
• Maximum paid benefit: 12 weeks
Parental
Date of hire
Up to 6 weeks fully paid (Leave must be taken in a minimum of 2-week increments)
• Ancestry fully pays up to 6 weeks

Up to 6 weeks fully paid in a 12-month period (Leave must be taken in a minimum of 2-week increments)

California Employees

• Once you convert to bonding leave (PFL), Ancestry supplements 6 weeks of pay above pay received by state for PFL to satisfy SFPPLO
• Maximum paid benefit: 12 weeks
