To help employees and eligible dependents feel more confident about making important healthcare decisions, 2nd.MD connects them with board-certified specialists by phone or video.

You may want to use 2nd.MD when you have questions about a new diagnosis, a recommended surgery or procedure, a chronic condition, medications, diagnostic testing, or an overall treatment plan.

Getting started is simple:

• Activate your account, and request a consultation online, in the app, or by phone.
• Speak with a nurse, and the 2nd.MD team will help collect records and match you with the right specialist.
• Meet with a specialist by phone or video to review your diagnosis, treatment plan, and next steps.
