You can take advantage of tuition reimbursement after three continuous months of employment with Ancestry. The reimbursement amount varies based on your full-time or part-time status and years of completed service on the course end date. Benefit amounts are per calendar year (January to December) amounts.

If you resign or are terminated involuntarily within six months of completing graduate courses, any reimbursed expenses for these courses may become your sole responsibility.

- Courses must be approved in advance by your manager (and department director of VP for graduate-level courses).
- Refer to the Program Policy for due dates. Submit the Tuition & Education Expense Reimbursement Application and other completed documentation to tuition@ancestry.com.
